Terms of Use and Privacy Policy

Effective 9 October 2026. Explains what data we collect and the terms that apply when you use the website.

This website is operated by GT Tech. For privacy questions, email [email protected]. GT Tech is the controller of personal data collected through this website.

Data we collect

  • Contact form: name, email, phone, service, subject and message. Phone and subject are optional. They are sent by email and are not stored in a separate contacts table.
  • Chat: the messages, plus name and email when you fill in the form before chat. A rating may be stored too. If you ask, we email you a copy of the conversation.
  • Tools: the address you submit, your IP address and the result. The text of the page being checked is sent to the AI provider OpenRouter so the answer can be produced. The same applies to chat messages when the AI replies.
  • Technical data: IP address on chats, chat ratings and tool runs. A language cookie, a session cookie and a cookie that stores your consent choice. Each page has a view counter (one number on the page, not a personal browsing history).
  • Advertising data: Google AdSense loads only after you accept advertising on the banner, and then Google may collect data as described below.
  • Measurement: Google Analytics, when it is active, loads only after you accept the analytics category. Google may then measure the visit.

We do not ask for sensitive data and we do not sell personal data.

Cookies and Google AdSense ads

A short banner sits at the bottom of the site. “I agree” accepts every category. “More options” opens the category list, where necessary cookies stay on and the rest load only if you leave them on. You can change the choice from the footer.

Google AdSense ads belong to the advertising category and do not load before you accept. Google, as a third-party vendor, then uses cookies — including the DoubleClick cookie — to serve ads. Ads may be based on your prior visits to this site or to other websites.

Google Analytics, when it is active, belongs to the analytics category and does not load before you accept.

Why we use the data

  • To reply to messages, quote requests and chats.
  • To run the free tools you ask for.
  • To keep the site secure and limit abuse.
  • To show ads through Google AdSense.
  • When the law requires it.

Replying to a request you make is based on carrying out the steps you asked for. Operational cookies and security are based on our legitimate interest in keeping the site running. Google's advertising cookies are used only after your consent, as Google describes on the pages linked above. Sending content to OpenRouter is based on running the tool or chat you asked for.

How long we keep data and who receives it

The contact email stays in our mailbox. Chats (messages, name, email) stay in the database until you ask us to delete them. For tools, the address, IP address and result also stay in the database. For 24 hours the same request is not sent to the provider again. We do not use them to build an advertising profile.

Access is limited to people who operate the site for GT Tech, the hosting provider, OpenRouter for AI replies, and Google only when you have accepted ads. We do not sell your details.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Email [email protected]. You can also lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.

Terms of use

Site content belongs to GT Tech unless stated otherwise. You may read it for personal use. Copying it for commercial exploitation without permission is not allowed.

The free tools produce automated estimates. They are not a certified audit, and they are not legal or financial advice. You confirm that you have the right to check the addresses you submit.

You may not abuse the site, break its security, or extract content with bulk automated requests. We may limit access when that happens.

The site is provided as is. We make a reasonable effort to keep it available and accurate, without guaranteeing uninterrupted operation or a particular result.

Greek law applies. The courts of Greece have jurisdiction.
